Saba Hosseini

Saba Hosseini was born in 2000 in Isfahan, Iran. She gained her first stage experience in 2017 in Paris and Tehran with the production 1395–2017 Nouvelles Lettres Persanes, a play development created together with her theater group from Tehran.

From 2020 to 2024, Saba studied Acting at the Academy of Performing Arts Baden-Württemberg, where she performed in productions such as Reigen by Arthur Schnitzler, directed by Paul Spittler, and Phädra, in Flammen by Nino Haratischwili, directed by Alize Heiser. In 2024, she appeared in Zertretung by Lydia Haider, directed by Glen Hawkins, at Schauspiel Stuttgart.

Since the 2024/25 season, Saba has been a permanent ensemble member at Theaterhaus Jena.
