  • In August 2024 Theaterhaus Jena received 26 nominations in the Theater_heute_Jahrbuch 2024 critics’ survey for the production»Die Hundekot-Attacke« in the categories “Best Play” (2), “Best Production, Performance/Dramaturgy” (Direction/Walter Bart 6, Dramaturgy/Hannah Baumann 3), “Best Actress” (Henrike Commichau 1), “Best Overall Achievement by a Theatre” (3), “Best Emerging Artist” (Authors’ Collective 6, Actress/Linde Dercon 3, Actor/Nikita Buldyrski 1, Director/Walter Bart 1)
  • In the 2024 critics’ survey of Deutschen Bühne Theaterhaus Jena won in the category “Overall Achievement of a Smaller Theatre.”
  • As part of the 2024 Berlin Theatertreffen, the authors’ collective of »Die Hundekot-Attacke« received the  3sat-Theaterpreis, and Theaterhaus actor Nikita Buldyrski was awarded the Alfred-Kerr-Darstellerpreis.
  • In June 2024, Yevgen Bondarskyy—who, together with Hannah Baumann and Leon Pfammemüller, created the production »Blut« at Theaterhaus Jena—was awarded the 2024 Dr. Otto Kasten Prize.
  • In May 2024 »Die Hundekot-Attacke« was presented as one of 10 productions at the Theatertreffen der Berliner Festspiele, held from May 2 to 19 in Berlin
  • Also in May Theaterhaus Jena was invited with its production The Dog Poop Attack to the Heidelberg Stückemarkt
  • In October 2023 Theaterhaus Jena received theTheaterpreis des Bundes in der Kategorie Stadttheater und Landesbühnen.
  • In September 2022 the Dutch theatre collective Wunderbaum, which held the artistic direction of Theaterhaus Jena from 2018 to 2022, was awarded the Martin Linzer Theatre Prize for its artistic work at Theaterhaus Jena.
