The ticket hotline is available Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm as well as on performance days from 6:30 pm to 7:30 pm.
Box office
Remaining tickets are available at the box office.
It opens one hour before the performance, or for morning children's performances, half an hour before the show begins.
6-ticket pass
6-ticket passes at €80 / €42 reduced as well as vouchers can be purchased at the tourist information office and redeemed there. They are also valid for the remaining tickets at the box office.
Kulturticket
The Kulturticket for students of FSU and EAH is valid for all Theaterhaus Jena performances and can be redeemed at the tourist information office or at the box office upon presentation of the thoska. Exceptions apply to special events.
Kulturpass
Theaterhaus Jena is Partner of the »Kulturpass Jena« (MobB e.V.) project
Social pass
Holders of the Social Pass of the city of Jena receive tickets for €3.
Eligible for a discount
Eligible for a discount are pupils/students, volunteers in service programs, trainees, unemployed persons, people with severe disabilities, pensioners, JenaCard holders, and students who do not possess the Jena Kulturticket.
Proof of eligibility must be presented unprompted when purchasing the ticket.
People with severe disabilities who have the “B” designation in their disability ID may bring one companion free of charge.
