From December 5, Theaterhaus Jena will be transformed into a robber’s forest, a fire station, and a lunar landscape. A lunar landscape? The robber Hotzenplotz has escaped because Constable Dimpfelmoser forgot to lock his cell. So Kasperl sets out with his best friend Seppel to catch the robber once again.

“But Kasperl, why should we catch him again? I’d rather just shoot him to the moon.”

Originally written by Otfried Preußler as a guide for puppet theatre, this beloved story is brought to the stage by Kerstin Lenhart and her team. Accompanied by live music from Jakob Zimmer-Harwood, it promises great fun for school classes, families, and everyone aged six and up.
