Up to 20 people between the ages of 13 and 21, regardless of their nationality, can meet each other here, playfully test themselves and try things out. Together, they create theatrical realities that attempt to grasp, comprehend, shake and soften the world out there.

There is one major play development per season, which premieres in March. This involves researching, rehearsing, talking, discussing, stretching and sweating. Once a week, 3 hours on Monday evenings, during the fall and winter vacations and on some weekends. The players are supported by theatre professionals from the fields of acting, performance, set design, music and dramaturgy.
